Thanks for your feedback. We added more PDO for all employees earlier this year in part to help them navigate what we knew could be a year filled with extra time off challenges for many. We also introduced a new tax-free, interest-free internal loan program to help any of our employees who might encounter financial difficulties (related to the pandemic or otherwise). If you haven't yet checked this out and have a need, I'd encourage you to do so. Of course, I understand that the challenges of the CDC-directed quarantine guidelines are hard for so many of us - especially those who are unable to be at work to earn their regular paycheck.
