      Good First Internship

      Pros

      If you're a student, they don't expect you to know everything about the tools they use. They make sure to ease you into a daily routine. This internship is great for a first time software engineering job.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit underwhelming, and Sweetwater didn't pay for all of my housing.

      It's Easy To Be A "Sweetwater Champion"

      Pros

      It truly is easy to be a champion and ambassador of a company that does it the right way. Sweetwater has found a way to create an environment where having a customer and employee obsessed culture allows it to thrive. It's obvious that decisions are not made without asking two questions: 1: How will this decision effect the employees? 2. How will this decision effect our customers? I'm grateful to be a part of a company who would make decisions ONLY if the answer to those 2 questions is, "in a positive way." The benefit offerings and amenities that Sweetwater offers it's employees is hard to find ANYWHERE. But, it's the caliber or people Sweetwater hires that sets this company apart from any other place I've worked. Truly some of the best & brightest work inside the walls of Sweetwater!

      Cons

      I mentioned in my pros section of the caliber of employee.... That has created a culture and environment that has A LOT of high capacity and hyper-achieving individuals. The bar is set high and the pace of work is very fast. Some people thrive in that environment and others don't.

      Growing, energetic, and entrepreneurial company with a will-do attitude! Genuinely cares about employees and customers, and have built the business based on an awesome customer experience and respect for employees at all levels.

      None that I can think of. The company's always looking for ways to improve in all aspects of the business!
