      Pros

      A great place to grow and develop your skills - you will be challenged by new and unique calls, different scenarios, and a wide variety of customers. The community is excellent and there are many like minded coworkers to befriend. There are many opportunities for personal growth in both the physical sense through their fitness facility, or professionally with their counselors.

      Cons

      Not a lot of vertical movement in the company - though opportunities for lateral movements between departments. Outside of sales and a few specific positions, there is not a lot of pay. Not so bad that you won't afford rent but certainly nothing to make a living on. Work can sometimes be stressful or monotonous.
