Cons

8 hours on your feet. Constant time crunch with little time to take a break without feeling the pressure of getting behind. Self motivation and work ethic is quietly hoped for and delivered by the team members who treat their jobs seriously.

Our commitment to "do the right thing" is evidenced in every part of the company. I work on the eCommerce Engineering team, where I get to build innovative technical solutions in support of a wide variety of teams with a group of talented engineers, who also happen to be great people.

Cons

We are experiencing some growing pains as we continue to scale quickly. If you are looking for a relaxed, slow-moving environment, this is not the place for you.
