I was troubled to see your comments in the Cons section. We place a huge emphasis on treating others with complete and total respect at Sweetwater. This is covered at day 1 orientation with every new hire hire, every single employee (including management) goes through mandatory anti-discrimination and anti-harassment training within their first month, and we also provide a Confidential Assistance Request channel for employees to contact HR if they have concerns about behavior they are experiencing. We take each situation seriously and thoroughly review any concerns brought to our attention. We quite simply do not tolerate harassing behavior. Everyone is entitled to work in a safe and welcoming environment.
