Not What They Offered
Pros
Sweetwater has good insurance benefits
Cons
They will say what they need to in order to get you to accept a job offer but they will not follow through. They do not accurately portray the job they are hiring for, often because they don't know what job it is they need to fill. They use they expression "flying the plane while building it," as if that's a good or exciting business plan, but can anyone say they've been in an airplane that was still under construction? I worked there for 2.5 years and rarely did I work the job I was hired to do. I was offered no growth opportunities, in fact it was the opposite: I sat stagnant as an inspector for 2 years while HR decided how to classify my job title (it was never resovled). They can't hire in the string shop either because they don't know what they're offering.
