There is always a chance to learn something if you're open to it. There are a lot of Industry vets in every department. The company is growing fast!

The opportunity to make great money is there along with making great relationships both in and out of the company with Vendor partners, artists, customers etc. Spiffs and sales incentives are a big part of the game as well. You'll have no reason not to buy that new guitar, or piece of gear for your studio with great accommodations.
