I work in technology at Sweetwater. Companies go as their leaders go. Sweetwater has ideal team players at every level and engaged positive leadership. That's huge! There is a "vibe" or "positive energy" around Sweetwater. We succeed because we do the right thing for our employees, vendors, and customers. We also get to build our technology and are continuing to grow, finding new markets and products to bring the Sweetwater difference to.
