Poor management and office staff. Staff displays personal preference over professional to drivers. Pay rate is maxed out at an average rate with no opportunity for increase.

Hi, we appreciate he feedback! We have monthly bonus incentives for every driver. We also have the opportunity to mentor for experienced drivers. Additionally, we have Million Mile and Diamond Driver incentives for drivers who hit those milestones.
