Decent pay and opportunities for overtime.

Cons

Minimal training, barely enough to be able to do the job (not very well). Pretty much left on my own after a couple weeks even though I really had no clue what I was doing, especially since I had no similar experience. The people I worked with were great, they just did not have time to train me since they were already working so much and had a ton on their plate.

Good pay. Don't have to worry about being stuck in an office. Get to see the country and no workday is the same. You won't get bored.

Cons

Not good if you have a family. You will do ok only if you have good driver manager. Even so, just remember that this company will not put you first. They will do what ever they can to save money. You will never be as important as the bottom line.
