      New equipment and training. Freight and miles. My Driver Mgr was excellent

      Very nice and professional people as long as you don't ask questions and accept every load you are given.

      Cons

      Horrible communication. One person tells you to do one thing then another person says something Completely opposite.

      Pros

      If you dont settle, work hard, and push for better loads, you can make some pretty decent money with swift.

      Cons

      Swift needs to back their drivers when it comes to some of the accts the handle, I was booted off of an acct for a seriously petty reason and all I got was "nothing we can do...."
