      Big on Safety

      Pros

      I appreciated their detail to my safety and those I shared the road with. I always drove new and well maintained equipment. They were the largest trucking company in North America and I was never short on hours to work. I also had a great driver manager.

      Cons

      The only down side that is true with all truck driving jobs is you are always away from home, but my driver manager always tried to accommodate my need for home time.

      Pros

      Environment was overall enjoyable. As long as freight business was busy, hours were pretty unlimited.

      Cons

      Unprofessional techs, and even more so upper management. While I understand that if the trucks arent on the road, the company isnt making money, but a lot of issues were let go if they werent "DOT related problems." Problems that could quickly and easily turn into DOT issues.
