Good beginner job that's it just a job to get to your real career job and really learn to get the basics that well keep you safe and gets you comfortable with driving a rig

Cons

Horrible pay not a job to keep as career to take care of a family more for yourself if you don't have kids after you get your full year I would advise you to leave for more pay and you will not make what they tell you I can promise you that

Swift is a large company with lots of training for new drivers. It is a good company for people who can fit into a large corporate environment.

Cons

The learning curve for new truck drivers averages 3 to 6 months. You will not make a very good salary until you h ave been at Swift for 1 year.
