Pros
Friendly and approachable staff. I was able to have all my questions answered and was not given any false expectations by my recruiter or the orientation facilitator.
Cons
The only downsides are probably inherent in any starter trucking company. It's a start out pay scale, but food for getting valuable experience toward furthering your career.
