      Pros

      Typical Trucking Company. Preach "Family" however the drivers are orphans

      Cons

      Not upfront with you, Canned messages every month telling you what an asset you are however won't even return a phone call when you ask for help. Serious buddy system which they will deny, lie to you about the weight of a load to get you to accept it. No uniformity in the way each terminal is run.

      Pros

      Swift is a wonderful place to work. There is endless opportunity for growth and everyone there is willing to listen to your ideas and do what they can to help you make them happen.

      Cons

      Since the company is so big it can be hard to integrate every department together. Knowing what projects all the departments are working on can be difficult simply due to the size of the company
