      People being nice to you, only when they thought they could gain from it.

      Bad place to work. Need to start from the top and work there way down with qualitied people.

      Great company to start out in but expect low pay

      Pros

      The support is great: they don't shy away from maintaining your truck keeping it safe and legal; and they're really good at running you safe only - they don't force you to do anything you feel is unsafe. Starting out in this industry that really helps you learn at your own pace and keep your record clean.

      Cons

      The pay is lower than others but the company is great with new guys, once you got a year or two of experience move on to smaller companies, they pay more.

      Pros

      -Great network -Nice people -Plenty of change and opportunity -Challenges to overcome on a daily basis teach problem solving skills.

      Cons

      -Extremely fast pace, and the teamwork aspect between certain teams gets strained. If you can't handle stress, this will test you. It is the single most important job outside of the driver,because it is direct driver support .
