      Pros

      If you don't like to work much and enjoy sitting in parking lots playing X-box, this is a great company. If you can live on an average of $600 a week, Swift is for you.

      Cons

      They are not honest about your earning potential. They will tell you 2500-3000 miles per week is average, but 1000-1300 miles is the average. They will tell you the focus will be on the Mid-West, but you will run short trips around the North East.
