Pros

New trucks, terminals everywhere with free showers and washers and dryers, Driver leaders bend over backwards to keep their drivers happy!

Cons

I have one negative comment about Swift. When you are owed layover pay or breakdown pay, you have to make sure they don't forget about paying you for those extras.
