Nothing at all at the moment

Cons

No longer work from home. Literally just took the incentive away. No sick time even though it is mandatory in AZ. Bereavement is 1 day. OT is mandatory everyday. Worries too much about spending/saving money.

They will take any new driver. If you need experience, you can get it at Swift.

Cons

Driver Leaders are worthless. They are shipping clerks, not leaders. Trailers are junk. Constantly out of compliance. Do not use their driving school. It is way overpriced and is not useful training. It will also tie you to the company for 1-2 years or you owe them $8000. It is indentured servitude.

All I’m going to say is the PAY is terrible. Why does Swift pay the local drivers mileage pay instead of Hourly pay? Basically your a TRUCK DRIVER working 40+ hours a week, and when that check hits your Bank Account your check is Basically a Fast Food Workers pay check as a Truck Driver!!!
