I am very pleased w/ my job @ Swift. I am home 95% of the time on weekends. My Driver Manager works well w/ me and any issues that may arise during my shift or while I'm on my rest period.

Cons

No Cons. My job is all that I expected it to be. This is not a perfect world.

Go home every night great pay. once a while you have to put up with some Dummies The Benefits Are pretty good but they are a bit pricey different house plans that choose from and we get paid by the day now hourly so it's kind of a different form of salary pay

Cons

It's a double edged sword some days you can work for hours others you could work 14 DlS get kind of testy once in a while They like to play favorites
