      Dedicated accounts, good people to work with, bonus incentives, new equipment, reasonable home time, and if you are lucky a really good mentor.

      Cons

      Driver managers play favoritism, can be a mentor after 6 months, cameras in the truck, facing in and out. Not enough pay .
