No micro managing, hands on learning. Fast paced and great if you love a challenge. Room for advancement

Cons

Constant changes upper management lacks the ability to stay focused and committed to task. Workers are overworked and the lazy employees get to skate by.

Almost everything else... pay SUCKS, too much time not moving, if you leave Swift for any negative reason; they will have you "Black-listed" with any other company you try to apply with. the list of negatives about this company is too long for me to list here... Just stay away!
