Pros

They accept people without experience who have just obtained the CDL

Cons

They don't give you miles, they only pay $0.43 cents per mile. When you unload and are ready for another load they tell you that they don't have any more for that day. So you lose a full day and miles that you could have done that week... which comes down to money. Don't go grabbing the benefits either. They are very expensive, almost $300 per week is what they take from your paycheck. and in the end if you want to remove them because you are not making any money. They say that the benefits cannot be taken away, they have to wait until the end of the year.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. If your current position does not meet your needs, you can always contact our Placement Center for opportunities within Swift that may be better suited for you. However, communicating your needs and expectations with your current leadership is important to your success. We advise that you start with them first.
