      Pros

      Good tuition assistance program (Although I've heard it's suspended for new employees).

      The entire swift accounting department is a mess right now. About 70% of the team has been turned over in the last year, and there's no end in sight. Multiple leadership positions have been eliminated and replaced with staff level positions, people are being asked to take on new roles and responsibilities without any training, and then get berated by leadership when there are errors. A job was posted for a senior accountant with a listed salary range that was well above what the current seniors are making. When management was asked about it, they said it was an "error". The salary range was removed from the internal posting, but it's still listed on the linkedin external posting. Morale is at an all time low. Staff level employees are expected to work 10-12 hour days and into weekends to meet deadlines, and are met with zero recognition or appreciation. If you're thinking about applying in the Swift accounting department, I'd recommend steering clear, it's not a good situation.

      I was lied into a transfer of position. I was told I would be getting help into transferring positions or departments. They set my two weeks and claimed to HR I had quit on my own. Which was a lie as they promised a transfer of departments. Be careful when speaking with managers as they will put words in your mouth. There was an employee who would hit their desk out of anger daily. No manager ever confronted them. Very unprofessional place to work. Higher ups don’t care about you.

      Consistent miles with decent pay. Better pay off willing to mentor and train new students.

      Only good for experienced drivers if willing to mentor.
