Loads are not guaranteed. No pay, when I say no pay.. none. They promise you that you will make at least $55000 a year. OTR, Regional, and Dedicated I made no where near that barely brought home a paycheck. One week was only $159.00 and I have a wife and kids. This is outrageous and I feel that if a person is putting their faith in you at least stand on your word. Ive heard about it how hard you run. well thats not true because I was a hard runner it just seem as if the driver leader had her picks and I would always get really screwed up load. There is enough for everybody to eat and regardless of whether a driver is new or old it should be equal opportunity to work as long as the driver is willing. The morals here are totally wrong and although this company may not care because drivers come a dime a dozen eventually the tables will turn and they will start to.
