Staff treat you with respect kindness and care. Top notch trucks with fridge. They will help you take a refresher course no strings attached if you have not driven in a while. No forced dispatch

Cons

I was depressed because I would spend a few weeks from home on the road and not enough money to take care of my family and pay bills The pay is low no consistent loads no holiday pay
