If you're a fresh out of a cdl school, they'll most likely hire you. This company is a good way to get your first 1 or 2 years of tractor trailer experience

Cons

The pay is low, but this is an industry-wide issue with trucking mega carriers, your first cdl gig will most likely be low pay no matter where you go

Cons

The transportation industry has had some ups and downs and we have had to deal with that turbulence leading to cost saving initiatives .
