Always tons if work to do in a 24/7 shop so it can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't organized and self motivated.

Decent starting pay, good hours, good benefits

Cons

Time off is earned and it takes forever to earn, raises are done yearly and they aren't much at a time, very dirty environment due to being in a shop.

decent miles if you know how to work the system, otherwise you're SOL. Never bad a problem getting home and was able to take as much time as I wanted but I had a damn good DM

Cons

Pay is low, you have to be on the planners to get good loads and if you're solo OTR you get last pick of loads
