They truly appreciate hard workers. If you have a thought speak up. If you are passive-aggressive you will not last long. Anonymous employee surveys truly are anonymous. There is training available to move ahead just ask around. Hard work pays off.

Cons

Salaries are below the market average for education and experience. Programs, marketing, overall thinking is not up to 2000 standards. It is like working for a 1950's company where women have equal rights. If you are not in IT or marketing and work here too long your skills will be quickly out of date due to their slow progression to enter this tech-savvy century.
