Pros

I liked the driving and my driver manager always kept me loaded. Never any downtime. Compensation was better than I thought, partly because I drove a lot. I even got a direct deposit for a quarterly driving bonus weeks after I left the company.

Cons

Away from home a lot. My wife didn't enjoy that. The safety coordinator was really nit picky over things that didn't matter.
