I loved Swift cause I was local and able to be home everyday with my family, flexible hrs and great pay, now they're otring everyone. I prefer not to otr cause of my wife and kids

Cons

No over time, always making changes not caring if their drivers are okay with it.

Great Driver Managers they listen. Great company to start with..if you need your license back or new. Do your job they do theirs.Dont wreck trucks do not be late on loads.

Cons

Competition.Bad reputation not deserved. Too slow of trucks can be a hazard for everybody.
