Pros

Driver recognition is top level. Most trucks used on the account are newer models. The job itself is fairly straightforward and easy. New/ rookie drivers start at higher pay rate than most of the industry.

Cons

Drive cam can kill your bonus. Hard to reach top level (platinum) bonus. Schedule is not easy.
