Hi, we appreciate your feedback. As a company, we do not have a home time policy in place. If you need home time, all you need to do is request it from your leadership when you need it. Our drivers also get an extra week paid out on their anniversary after one year as Vacation Pay.

Thank you for your feedback. All of our trucks are four years old or newer. If you received an older truck that needed cleaning, we hope you communicated this with your driver qualifications team, as all trucks should be scrubbed entirely before being re-assigned to a new driver. We have standard operating procedures to assist drivers throughout their careers at Swift. However, we highly encourage our drivers always to keep open and consistent communication with their leadership.
