Large company, lots of terminals. In house doctors. Benefits are extremely expensive. But they work.

Cons

Experienced drivers from other companies, don't lease! Buy your own then lease in. It's a scam that will have you stuck in the truck.

You pretty much have to be caught red handed stealing to get fired. If not they will just wait for you to quit.

Cons

If your in the click then you good if not it is going to be tough and you will have to work three times harder.

They have options for any type of professional driver, flatbed, dedicated, regional, local, tanker, everything. Definitely good for drivers just starting out that need the seat time, some accounts pay very well

Cons

Its really hard to find out how to transfer to another account or to get ahold of dispatch usually, the trucks also act up a lot even for being under 2 years old
