      Pros

      Brought home quickly when experienced death in family

      Cons

      Swift was first employer out of CDL school. However I was sent out with a trainer that was under indictment in Texas. Really scared me when I found out . I feel that they need to be held accountable for their negligence.

      Pros

      Swift Transportation is a great company to work for that is very family friendly and they do a lot of charity work.

      Cons

      They don't give bonuses or annual raises, and they have done away with salaried positions and only offer hourly wages.

      Big company financially sound, pay is ok, team is great, management is sometimes supportive, conservative, lots of industry experience that is shared

      Cons

      Pay is ok, benefits are average, large corporation with a lot of corporate hurdles, ideas are not always accepted readily
