Great benefits! My experience was great over all. My Driver managers were awesome and very understanding. They are also trying to weed out the bad people.

Cons

i didn't like sharing a truck. And the ship mechanics didn't always fix what they were supposed to.

Laredo orientation quick and easy, they only do urinalysis. No hair test. Driving test is easy to pass. A great starter company for new drivers

Cons

In cab cameras. Don't fall the drug test, no second chance.
