      Good Beginning for a Driving Career

      Pros

      Driver leaders are professional and some terminal locations are driver-friendly. Swift makes it easy to lease your own truck. Very good company for new drivers. Training program is acceptable.

      Cons

      Low pay (.37/mile, not including bonuses for safety and timely service.). Poor equipment maintenance. Leasing recruiters deliver lip service rather than kept promises.

      Working for Swift because they have a terminal in Syracuse my home town this is not a bad company to work for, pay is average but I'd prefer something local

      Cons

      I cannot see nothing wrong about management my driver manager is not a bad guy sometimes they have a bad day like a everybody
