Hi, We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review! We have Swift-U courses on multiple topics to help you get additional self-training. Additionally, every new trainee is assigned a mentor to whom they can reach out if they have questions. We also encourage drivers to build a strong relationship with their driver leadership. Lastly, we have a driver Facebook group where drivers support and help each other. We hope that you made use of the outlets that we have available to get additional support.

Long days and potential to be sleeping in your tractor due to unforeseen circumstances outside your control.
