      Pros

      A few coworkers , though they are based in other stated. Most all the drivers a great.

      Cons

      Way too many hours for very little pay. Constant micro managing. Back stabbing , new policies almost daily.

      Pros

      Decent miles for company drivers, most loads are drop and hook.

      Cons

      Low pay scale, If you sign a lease with swift you no longer get decent loads, you make just enough to pay truck payment and a few bucks in your pocket. Swift often neglects to pay detention pay, if you follow up with calls and emails you might get it, you might not. All loads are still paid zip code to zip code, not actual miles (always at least 10% shorter than actual).

      The people I worked with were amazing. Pay is decent but no great for the amount of work you do

      Cons

      For the amount of work you do the pay isnt anything, the environment is sometimes hostile
