      Pros

      Seeing the country, some autonomy, driving, time to think, ability to gain experience in the trade. I would recommend as a spot to start out if you are desperate and can't afford for whatever reason to get proper education in a real truck driving school.

      Cons

      Pay could be a lot better, there is strange amount of office politics to get good miles, miles can be inconsistent, some of the trailers can be really old and rusted out in the Central Refrigerated division.
