Nice location and lot of inefficient managers..you can manage ur work as non driver.

Cons

No career path , useless grades and job descriptions...they never match with ur job, pay or description. lately after Moyes is out for a while, the bonus are starting good other wise employees use to get us$ 25 ?..max. So funny but its reality.

Lack of hometime, Always afraid to drop truck off for service as they would take it away without letting you get your stuff if you were on hometime.

Pay is decent. Trucks are good.

Cons

Extended time away from home. Living in truck. DM's with little concern for driver. Do not expect to get unemployment compensation under any circumstance. Company does not communicate with driver. They make decisions that effect your pay without telling employee and seem to change the rules to benefit themselves as they go.
