      Pros

      Swift works hard to get me home when requested. I am able to run as hard or as easy as I want. My Driver Manager works hard for me.

      Cons

      Only draw back for me with Swift is there are no dedicated fleets in central Texas that I would be able to get on.

      Largest carrier out there, dryvan, flatbed, dedicated, regional, intermodal or OTR, THEY have it!

      Cons

      With ANY large company, you're going to have "bumps in the road" period!
