Money is straight forward if u go dedicated

Cons

Super micro manage, slow Trucks, no work life balance. All around not the best starter company.. choose something better… they will mess you over if u speak up for yourself when they don’t keep their word.. they also lie to other companies when trying to find a new job

Pay is good when you get a fair amount of loads that are local. Fairly new management compared to back when I started

Cons

High turnover rate for Dispatchers which leads to longer response times. Swapping and sharing trucks with Drivers who're careless.
