      Over worked, stressed, and under paid.

      Pros

      There are few pros to working at this company. The one Pro I did enjoy is the Paid Time Off (PTO). They combined your vacation and sick time into one pool and allowed you to use it as you deemed necessary. PTO accrued on a monthly basis, based on how long you had worked for the company.

      Cons

      Didnt follow their guiding principles. Management expects you to stay until job finished no matter how long it takes, which goes against one of the guiding principles of balance to work/private life. Very stressful working environment for meeker pay. Very few opportunities for advancement. Most terminals working below skeleton crew standards. Sub-standard office equipment.

      Good to work when you don't hv any work. mr motes money making skills are making him rich not swift transportation .

      Pros

      Nice location and lot of inefficient managers..you can manage ur work as non driver.

      Cons

      No career path , useless grades and job descriptions...they never match with ur job, pay or description. lately after Moyes is out for a while, the bonus are starting good other wise employees use to get us$ 25 ?..max. So funny but its reality.
