      Good job, but no room to grow

      Pros

      Paycheck is always on time. Good PTO.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management. Schedules are demanding. No training. Senior management wants nothing to do with people under them. If you are not part of the "good ole boy" club, you will never be promoted. Front line workers are expected to do everything while management focuses on social networking amongst themselves.
