      It's work and you can make some money

      Cons

      You'll never get paid for how hard they work you or desire you to give and ultimately just make you feel like a cog they will switch out once you say anything about the mistreatment and cut you out of any loads so you make no money and you have to find another job. Should be illegal but it isnt.

      -The ability to park close to home.

      -Inconsistent miles. -You will not really thrive here financially unless you put years of service in to maximize pay incentives.
