      Avoid if possible. Not the worst place but you can do better.

      Pros

      This is a great to learn what not to do. The "dispatchers" use cell communications to skirt around company policies on safety in order to attempt to bully a driver into performing to unreasonable standards. And yes recruiters are professional liars. They will promise you everything and it means absolutely nothing.

      Cons

      They communicate very poorly and have some of the worst driver support. You will receive bad load information and be stuck trying to fix some mystery csr's mistake. There is a reason they have a high turnover rate, poor communication and worse planning.
