      Tough on older drivers

      Pros

      Large company, probably has work. Some get more home time, but see cons. Country views from the highway.

      Cons

      Older men trusted with longer hauls and expensive loads might just be too old for such huge trips and times on the road. Ignored in a state being evacuated and family calls while driver severely ill was horror.
