Pros

Good pay for SOME positions, others are not. Newer Trucks. Fuel at most Terminals.

Cons

Pay started at $19.25/hr + $37.42 per load/Deadhead. After being there for a few months, deadhead miles went from 30 miles, to 40, to 50, now 60 miles. To top it off, they moved our yard, so that we are within 60 miles to most of our customers, making it so we cant get deadheads. Best weekly pay was about $2,300, but since they changed the deadhead miles, pay dropped down to $1,400. If you ever need to switch shifts or positions, don't bother working here, I waited almost 8 months to get a schedule change for school, and never got it. Management kept saying "Check back in a few months for an update", but did nothing.

Will hire just about anyone. Dont know if that could either be a good or a bad thing.

Cons

Upper management does not really care about drivers. No guarantee pay.

Hi, we appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We have a set of criteria that all new hires must meet before onboarding. We try to have a pulse on what our drivers need. To do this, we have multiple surveys and avenues to provide feedback, such as Voice Your Choice. We always encourage drivers to use these avenues, along with speaking directly with their leadership about their job expectations.

Hi, we appreciate your feedback. We are consistently working on our trailer management solutions. We also encourage our drivers to communicate with their leadership often, especially if they have submitted home time to ensure they get home when they need it.
