      Easy to get a job. Provides Training.

      Cons

      Too much to list. Swift doesnt like to fire people to save on UI costs. They will instead give you little to no work until you quit. This practice is unresponsible because people will go into debt trying to stay with the company and be wondering the whole time why no work is available. This company uses and abuses people.
